In order to serve you better Backyard Adventures of Des Moines offers you the ability to shop online or order by phone.

Shipping amounts are only valid in the continental United States. Online orders shipped to addresses in the Continental U.S. ONLY.

There is a minimum of $10.00 shipping cost added to ALL orders. 6% sales tax will be added to all orders from an Iowa address.

Free Shipping on all orders over $75.00 for products from Melissa & Doug, KidKraft and GuideCraft. $8.00 shipping for orders $75.00 and less from this group. Some restrictions may apply on larger items.

For all other products shipping is based on item weight.

We accept Master Card, VISA, Discover Card, American Express.

ECheck payments available to churches and schools. Phone orders ONLY.

3. Any government department.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Merchandise may be returned to the store for credit less a15% restocking fee and any shipping and handling charges on all merchandise. Also, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
